We operate a nationally acclaimed production brewery, brewpub, commissary kitchen, coffee shop and roaster, alongside events & catering. We’re looking for a qualified Bookkeeper to join the team here at HOMES Campus . Our ideal candidate will support the Lead Bookkeeper in everything from accounting and bill pay to unique business development projects. This position is part-time to start, allowing for some work-from-home flexibility with the opportunity to grow into full-time in the near future. Requirements
- Prior and proven bookkeeping experience in Quickbooks Online
- Thorough understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
- A knack for numbers and data entry, ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Tech-savvy skills + experience with spreadsheets with a proficiency MS Office, Google Suites, and Quickbooks Online

What You Do:
- Record and verify day to day financial transactions, complete the posting process while managing monthly reconciliation processes across our community of businesses
- Liaison with CPA firm to ensure proper allocation of transactions while effectively communicating and working closely with the Leadership team
- Enter data, maintain records and receipts for all concepts while maintaining up-to-date invoice processes
- Process accounts receivable/payable or follow ups

Experience:
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
- Quickbooks Online: 1 year (Preferred)
