We're seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our growing team. As an Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support and maximize the benefits of our software solutions.

What you'll do: - Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and needs
- Proactively engage with customers on a regular basis to address concerns and provide assistance
- Deliver timely and empathetic responses to customer inquiries
- Provide training to clients on optimizing software usage
- Develop training materials to empower clients to self-support
- Conduct regular satisfaction checks with customers
- Communicate updates and enhancements to clients
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions in CRM systems
- Cultivate and strengthen client relationships to foster long-term partnerships
- Keep track of contract renewals and updates
- Gain deep knowledge of our products to identify upselling opportunities
- Manage project timelines and goals within client relationships
- Handle multiple client accounts concurrently, meeting deadlines effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery
- Employ de-escalation techniques to retain customers seeking to cancel
What you'll need: - High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
