Job description
Our client, a prominent player in the entertainment and streaming industry, is on the hunt for a Full Stack Designer with the Growth Marketing Team. This person will assist in driving the visual and technical success for the creative and visual execution of digital and online marketing channels. The will be focused on full stack design– coding and creating at the same time with the latest innovations in technology, HTML, CSS and beyond. These positions are long-term contract to hire roles based in Culver City (Ivy Station). In office a few days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Execute creative web projects with a focus on visual design, typography, interaction, and front-end development.
- Actively engage in creative briefings, contribute to creative concept development both independently and collaboratively, and propose solutions to challenges, presenting them to key stakeholders.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of digital and social platforms and their role in growth marketing strategies to impact overarching goals.
- Contribute to digital marketing campaigns utilizing various customer touchpoints, incorporating motion, animation, video, and coding.
- Blend elements of product design, visual design, and front-end development with mastery.
- Collaborate across consumer touchpoints including email, social media, website, experiential, and in-app, considering both technical and visual aspects.
- Infuse marketing campaigns with strong design skills encompassing layout, typography, video, motion, design patterns, and copywriting.
- Communicate effectively with peers and assist the Associate Creative Director and Full Stack Design team in achieving leadership goals.
- Provide support and alignment with growth marketing products and initiatives to maintain consistency across all platforms.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of advanced-level design and front-end experience, preferably in the entertainment industry.
- Demonstrate exceptional skills in visual design and typography, with a proficiency in motion being advantageous.
- Showcase robust experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and contemporary front-end technologies such as React, Redux, Node, Express, AWS, Wordpress, along with proficiency in design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and Figma.
- Present a visually stunning and innovative portfolio that not only highlights a keen eye for design but also exhibits strong storytelling and problem-solving abilities.
- Possess knowledge, understanding, and experience in UI/UX design specialization, web and app development, email design and development, and SEO.
