Title: Staff Accountant

Location: Cupertino (onsite 3 - 5 days/week)
Pay: $40 - 50/hr

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate financial reporting: Assist in closing the books at the end of each month, quarter, and year, ensuring all financial activities are properly recorded and reported.
- Maintain financial integrity: Review and analyze bank statements, general ledger accounts, and credit card transactions to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts: Reconcile various balance sheet accounts to ensure they accurately reflect the company's financial position.
- Create financial records: Prepare journal entries to adjust financial accounts and record complex financial transactions.
- Track cash flow: Generate cash flow statements to analyze the movement of cash in and out of the business.
- Manage accruals and prepayments: Accurately calculate and record prepayments and accruals to ensure financial statements reflect the true financial picture of the company.
