We are looking for someone driven, a good communicator, and licensed. You'll get the opportunity to tap into our home resources and systems. Responsibilities:
- Convert pre-qualified leads
- Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers
- Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure the growth of our customer base
- Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
- Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
- Set appointments
- Sales talk mastery
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Coachable
- Commission opportunity
