Job description

I am looking for a unique blend of Monitoring experience with Production Support experience.

High- level Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitors select TSS Systems and Applications in support of availability Performs batch job failure remediation in an IBM zOS environment using Tivoli Workload Schedular (TWS) Provides "eyes-on-glass" assessment of Enterprise Monitoring tools to determine systems health Reacts quickly to anomalies affecting select TSS Systems and Applications Actively participates on bridge calls/reconvenes, general meetings and Teams chats related to incidents and changes Proactively interacts with Systems and Application support teams as required

Required Qualifications:

Experience working with IBM zSeries in a zOS environment.

Relevant work supporting Job Scheduler - Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS).

Preferred Experience Using:

OnSolve MIR3 paging systems.

ServiceNow ticketing software.

Cisco App Dynamics monitoring software.
