McLoughlin Plumbing, Heating & Cooling of Springfield, PA is on the hunt for full-time Plumbing & HVAC Apprentices / Helpers to assist our Service Technicians while learning the trades. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PLUMBING & HVAC APPRENTICE / HELPER
As an entry-level Apprentice / Helper, you are eager to learn! Working closely with our skilled Service Technicians, you assist them with inspections, testing, cleaning, and minor repairs or adjustments on client's HVAC and water systems. You also complete thorough preventative maintenance. While you assist our technicians, they mentor and train you on everything from how to talk with customers to how to properly service and maintain equipment.
You are a hard worker who does whatever is asked of you and pays close attention to what you're being taught. As you work, you enjoy interacting with customers and our Service Technicians. You love that each workday brings a new change of scenery, and you are excited to advance in your career as you continue to increase your skillset during this apprenticeship.
