Job description
We are searching for an enthusiastic and driven Catering Director who can expand our catering services through excellent planning, organization, and execution.
As our Catering Director, you will:
- Strategically grow onsite and offsite catering sales and repeat business
- Motivate, lead, and develop a high-performing catering team
- Ensure smooth daily catering operations and delivery logistics
- Delight customers with craveable food presentations and hospitality
- Maintain budgets and analyze sales metrics for maximized profits
- Promote catering services by networking with local businesses
Our ideal candidate has:
- 2+ years management experience in catering/restaurant operations
- Knowledge of food safety principles and safe food transportation
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Skilled in Excel or Google Sheets
