We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our Client Acquisition Director with the implementation of our innovative marketing plan which includes event coordination, content creation, and team collaboration. The Marketing Coordinator will be the face of the marketing team in our Cary, NC-based office.

This is a full-time position at our Cary, NC office, with periodic travel for community presentations and events.

Responsibilities:

This position has significant opportunities to develop and apply an array of marketing skills. To be successful, you must be able to manage and execute projects from start to finish. In this role, you will:

• Assist with organizing and coordinating live events, such as seminars, webinars, conferences, and workshops.
• Develop marketing content, including social media posts, TikTok videos, and promotional materials.
• Gather data and producing reports to provide insight on campaign performance
• Assist team members with video production
• Create and manage the team's TikTok account
• Manage marketing collateral and content inventory
• Coordinate fun team events for the office.

Qualifications

This position will work closely with other firm personnel, community stakeholders, and potential clients. Key competencies include strong communication, written and creative skills, attention to detail, prioritization, and an understanding of marketing and networking. Must have the ability to multitask, work successfully in collaborative and independent situations, and meet deadlines. We're looking for someone with:

• +2 years experience in Marketing or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communication preferred but not required if demonstrable experience
• Strong understanding of marketing principles
• Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency to get positive results
• Strong communication and people skills
• Strong attention to detail, including grammar and spelling
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and adapts to changing situations and requirements
• Experience with the following tools: Asana, Canva, InfusionSoft/Keap, WordPress, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Workspace a plus
