We are looking for an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to join our Healthcare project team. The successful candidate should have experience in Commercial (Healthcare Facilities/Commercial and/or Industrial) ground-ups, renovations, multifaceted and occupied facility construction projects. We specialize in preconstruction, program management, project delivery, risk assessment, facility assessments, sustainability and BIM. What You Will Be Doing

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be reporting to the Project Director and working closely with a team of engineers and architects. you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project from the ground up. You will manage all construction activities, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, quality control, and safety. You will also be responsible for all changes and approvals on the project. You MUST be proficient in MS project or P6 for scheduling, and proficient with Excel, Procore and E-builder.

You need to be familiar with ICR-9 and ILSM. We are looking for someone who is comfortable creating and executing plans while managing multifaceted and occupied facilities. You MUST have experience running and leading specific HEALTHCARE projects including ground-ups to MEP systems.

Our projects typically run from 1 -2 years;

What You Need for this Position

You must possess a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably supervising hospital and medical facilities or industrial projects. You should also possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

The following skills are required for this role: Preconstruction knowledge, Construction Management, Know how to process Change Orders, have extensive experience in Hospital Construction or Heavy Industrial/Medical Facilities, preferably OSHA 30 or more certifications, and proficient in construction software tools such as MS Project, Excel, Procore and E-Builder.

You must be based locally within the metro-Detroit area or willing to relocate.
