CORA Services is seeking a talented Controller to join its Finance team. The Controller is responsible for timely and accurate financial management and reporting. The Controller will lead the monthly close, annual audit, budgeting/forecasting and other finance related tasks in cooperation with the Chief Financial Officer and other CORA stakeholders.

The Controller works closely with the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Financial Operations to adopt best practices for the department. and is also responsible for supporting the Finance Team in the delivery of all objectives and goals.

Qualified applicants for the Controller role should possess the following:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with CPA, CMA or MBA strongly preferred.
• 10 years of financial management and accounting experience with not-for-profit, mission driven organizations
• Extensive and comprehensive experience with Accounting and Financial Software packages-Financial Edge experience preferred.
• Experience with medical billing preferred.
• Advanced knowledge and proficiency of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Strong time management and analytical skills, and ability to drive process improvement
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with staff at all levels of the agency, as well as clients, visitors, vendors, interns and peers from other organizations
