Position Summary

Curb is looking for a go-getter to lead our on-sight driver recruitment efforts in our New York market. The ideal candidate is energetic and methodical. You will report to the Supply Director and act as the direct liaison between drivers and Curb. This is a fast-paced role, which requires the recruiter to be on sight at various locations throughout the week.

The Driver Field Operations Recruiter will work to promote, educate, and sign up the taxi and black car drivers interested in joining Curb.

What You Will Be Doing:

• On-sight driver education will be your main focus
• In this role, you will own the on-sight driver sign-up process and play a key role in successfully getting drivers down the funnel through to active drivers
• Generating daily reports on activity, driver feedback, and location scouting.
• Daily liaison between drivers and managers.
• As a Street Team Recruiter, you will ensure the right people and processes are in place while closely collaborating with leadership to complete both short and long-term supply goals
• Assess sign-up performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
• Understand the entire end-to-end process, introducing tooling and implementing processes that remove points of friction and streamline the supply acquisition process

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, a plus if bi-lingual Spanish
• Able to work M-F, can be flexible to work weekends
• Can communicate with our Curb team and drivers well
• Organized and methodical
• Previous sales or promotional experience is a bonus
