Job description

We are a dynamic and innovative organization in the Connected Care business cluster, dedicated to ensuring the seamless operation of our Service business. As part of the Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics (AM&D) team, we pride ourselves on providing remote cardiac monitoring services for over a million patients annually. Our recent acquisition of BioTelemetry in early 2021 has solidified our position as a global leader in patient care management solutions for both hospitals and homes.

Responsibilities:
As a valued member of our Billing Administrator family, your primary focus will be on maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of case/work order closure, invoices, and cost assignments to customer contracts. This pivotal role is integral to recognizing revenue and billing, requiring collaboration with the wider organization to ensure exceptional service delivery to our customers.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

High school diploma or GED equivalent (required), Bachelor's degree (a plus)
Minimum of 1 year of reimbursement services, insurance/medical billing, collections, and/or Accounts Receivable in medical billing experience
Revenue cycle management experience with insurance companies (a plus)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mailing systems
Excellent verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with internal/external partners
Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility CMS1500 professional billing experience (a plus)
US work authorization is a precondition of employment. Sponsorship for work-authorized visas will not be considered.
Working Conditions:

Must be within commutable distance to our Malvern, PA office location.
This is a hybrid position, not fully remote. You will be expected to work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
