PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, WA is seeking a full time Pathologist with AP/CP board certification/eligibility to join our team. Candidates with at least 3 years of experience are preferred. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US and must hold or be able to obtain active Washington State and Oregon State medical licenses. The candidate will be expected to sign out general surgical, non-GYN cytology, and participate in anatomic and/or clinical pathology medical directorship duties. Fellowship training in hematopathology with board certification is strongly desired. Experience in blood banking/transfusion medicine is preferred. Our highly trained team of pathologists work in fantastic anatomic and clinical laboratories, providing highly effective services for our community.
Practice highlights:
Work with an established team reading a wide variety of cases including skin, breast, GI, non-gyn cytology.
Join a growing pathology group of motivated pathologists with diverse sub-specialty training including hematopathology, dermatopathology, cytopathology, gastrointestinal and hepatic pathology, covering several community hospitals with active cancer programs.
Work Monday-Friday with an average of 1:5 week home call.
