Augusta Plumbing and Heating is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of full-time Service Technician Manager ! With an expected pay of $40 - $45 per hour , you will be rewarded for your hard work and dedication. You'll also receive the following benefits:
ABOUT THIS ROLE
You will work 7 am - 5 pm, Monday - Thursday and a limited schedule on Friday .
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating training sessions for our technicians, ensuring that they have the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver exceptional service to our valued customers. Additionally, you will also manage our assets and materials, ensuring that our team has the necessary resources to complete projects efficiently.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A SERVICE TECHNICIAN MANAGER
Possession of an HVAC or Plumbing license is preferred, but not required.
