Job Title: Operations Manager

Founded in 2001, we are a major precision machining and manufacturing firm based in Brunswick, GA. For more than 20 years, we have helped businesses get their products on the market. From concept to completion, we complete dozens of projects annually in industries like aerospace, automotive, lawn and garden, consumer goods, and healthcare.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager for our manufacturing operations team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing our production, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing organizational strategies, and providing operational support. You will be a key decision-maker in the operations department and must have excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

This position is on-site in our Brunswick facility 5 days a week and collaborates daily with the President of the company.

What You Will Be Doing

- Oversee the growth of a sizable team in a time-constrained and rigorous setting
- Oversee the gathering of data so that metrics may be updated in order to meet productivity goals, lower costs per unit, and eliminate mistakes
- Provide top-notch customer service
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary groups to enhance processes
- Monitoring of supplies and inventories
- Review budgets and inform higher management of cost strategies

What You Need for this Position

- 5+ years in operations leadership role
- Excellent ability to assign tasks while retaining organizational control over branch operations and customer service
- Strong budget development and oversight skills
- Competence in business negotiation and dispute resolution techniques
- Familiarity with corporate productivity software and a willingness to pick up new skills
- Engineering/manufacturing background
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or similar
