Job description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing onsite and remote service and support to our customers. This position requires a strong understanding of PLC, HMI, Ladder Logic, Allen Bradley, and Machine control, as well as the ability to troubleshoot electrical circuits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite service and support for customer equipment and systems
- Respond to customer service requests in a timely manner
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems
- Program PLCs, HMIs, and Ladder Logic
- Configure and install Allen Bradley and other machine control systems
- Create and maintain service and support documentation
- Provide technical support and training to customers
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a Field Service Engineer
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and Ladder Logic
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical circuits
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to travel to customer sites (North America and Canada)
