As the Finance Associate, you will function as a key strategic leader within Envision Horizons. You will be in charge of the firm s financial health to ensure all operations and divisions are running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on all financial aspects of the organization including developing and driving financial forecasts and analyzing the organization s revenue and costs
- Provide monthly financial reporting and analysis of financial statements to management team
- Identify operational risk factors that may impact performance of the organization and present key business insights and recommendations
- Manage account payables and receivables activities
- Develop financial policies and procedures for operational efficiency
- Monitor and manage expenses within the established budget
- Overseeing inventory management and profitability
Qualifications:
- 1-2 year(s) experience in financial management
- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting or other related field
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation:120-130k
