Responsibilities:

As a Senior SAP Configuration Analyst, you will play a key role in configuring and optimizing the SAP commission platform. Your contributions will include:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement plan changes and maintain system integrity.
Configuring system settings and executing integration and acceptance testing to ensure seamless operations.
Translating business needs into functional requirements and driving effective solutions.
Ensuring timely delivery of Commission System processes and data integrity for accurate reporting.
Consulting with project teams to implement updates within compensation and performance management plans.
Supporting configuration changes in related tools and systems for optimal performance.
Facilitating change and release management processes for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum:

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience, or equivalent combination.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Analytical, technical, and collaborative skills for effective teamwork.
Conceptual understanding of database systems and the ability to grasp system structures.
Experience in SAP systems or similar comp-related applications.
Preferred:

Advanced degree in a related discipline with 2 years of experience.
Experience in SAP Commissions, Success Factors, or Callidus is a plus.
Familiarity with the telecommunications industry.
Certification in CSCP is preferred.
