General Summary: The company seeks an SVP Marketing, the leading marketing position in the company, to lead an enterprise brand with digital marketing strategies aligned to business objectives – using paid digital, influencer and social media, both paid and organic. Candidate is expected to have a strong digital - first and consumer led marketing background, be able to make data driven decisions and lead cutting edge marketing innovation/technology with best practice implementation. A strong financial and ROAS based mindset is critical. The ideal candidate is a passionate consumer marketing leader who has a measurable track record of achieving great results through innovative marketing programs across the full funnel and variety of channels.
Major Responsibilities: - Manage a team of 5 direct reports, and a total of 20, with responsibilities over growth marketing, social and influencer, CRM and retention, retail marketing and wholesale marketing
- Manage a $50M marketing budget spread across a full funnel investment strategy (awareness, acquisition and conversion) across a portfolio of brands
- Lead a best practices brand digital marketing and direct paid media strategy – all through an integrated marketing calendar.
- Manage media agency partnerships
- Act as business partner to the global e-commerce team to monitor performance, quickly react to new merchandising/product trends and lead the creation of content to support paid strategy – all in a fast-paced environment.
- Partner with the head of data and analytics to deliver and report on effective campaigns
- Lead global influencer strategy and negotiations. Align offline and online marketing activities to ensure alignment across major events, store openings and out-of-home media
- Ensure best practices re: spend and investment levels with various retail media networks
- Closely partner with global brand marketing teams to build comprehensive and strategic global plans
Education, Licenses, Certificates, Registrations and/or Experience: - Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years digital media experience, 5+ years managing large digital marketing teams including retail, wholesale and e-commerce – with strong business acumen
- Experience in the fashion, apparel or footwear industries
- High degree of comfort with e-commerce KPI’s, strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with leading external agency partners
- Proven leadership in creating a cross functional culture of innovation, collaboration and talent development
Salary Range: The pay range of this position is $250,000 - $285,000. Actual salary will be determined based off candidate's skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and additional company benefits
