As a Data Reporting Analyst Associate, you will collaborate with various business units to analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop sustainable reporting elements. You will also build strong partnerships to drive analytics and efficiency gains.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with Federal Employee Program (FEP) processes and policies.
- Proficiency in data mining tools and methods such as SQL and server reporting services like Tableau.
- Knowledge of analytic programming tools and methods including SQL, R, and Python.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, actuarial science, statistics, computer science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Your Role:
As a Data Reporting Analyst Associate, you will:
- Provide analytical support across various divisions by mining data, conducting analysis, and interpreting results.
- Develop expertise in health plan operations, data sources, and cost containment strategies.
- Take ownership of ad hoc queries, research tasks, and small projects.
- Summarize and provide appropriate content tailored to the audience.

- Keen analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of health plan operations and data structures.
- Proficiency in data mining and analytic programming tools.
- Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize assignments effectively.
- Demonstrated success in project management.

- Base salary ranging from $56k - $76k ($68k - $92k in WA), depending on skills and experience.
