About the Team
Advancing our cornerstone technologies requires great people. We want you to be part of the technical leadership team that brings the best in noise reduction, immersive out-loud audio and personal wearable audio to life. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on DSP engineering leader who is interested in advancing unique DSP capabilities and applying them to a product development environment.
About the Role
Our DSP staff works in cross-disciplinary teams and develops a wide array of signal processing algorithms used to improve our products. We are looking to grow our staff in support of both 1st-party products and experiences, as well as select technical partnerships that align with our audio focus. You will have the opportunity to advance a variety of exciting technologies that include audio signal processing, voice processing and general algorithm development through direct contribution and oversight of staff members. You will help us combine traditional signal processing methods with ML/AI methods to shape new customer experiences. You will collaborate with a variety of disciplines beyond audio development engineering, including product management, research, embedded software and user experience.
