We are rapidly expanding our team! We are currently hiring a licensed Real Estate Home Sales agent to join our top-performing team. You will be responsible for converting leads into new clients, following up with existing clients and investors to help them achieve their real estate goals, and supporting our current clients through our Property Management process. This is a great opportunity to utilize your professional sales and customer service skills to drive your own success!

Receive a base salary plus commission while serving as a Real Estate Home Sales Agent for Rosenbaum Realty Group. $52,000 Base plus commission (expected first-year total compensation $73,000-$130,000+). This is more than just a sales job; this is a service role in our company. You would be the connector between our current clients and their next real estate investment opportunity!

• Current AZ Real Estate License (you will be required to hang with our brokerage)

We are team-centric with about 28 people (20 remote and 8 in the office) we work well together and enjoy the work we do.
