Job description
Seasonal Office Assistant to work with the Office Manager and Human Resources Manager with a variety of task during the busy season.
This is a temporary/seasonal position working Now - late May.
We are looking for someone to work the following shifts. Mon/Tue/Wed/Thur 7:30pm to 6pm and Sun 8:30am to 5pm.
Essential Responsibilities
- Answer Multi-line telephones.
- Data Entry and filing.
- Gathering and organizing of supplies.
- Other general assistance such as copies, binding, etc.
- Conduct Phone Interviews.
- Follow up with applicants throughtout the screening process.
- Extend job offers and coordinate employment paperwork meetings.
- Managing data input into our scheduling program.
- Updating schedules and sending communications as needed.
- Pending skills and experience, other responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills/Knowledge
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Must have basic typing proficiency (ability to type w/o looking required).
- Experience using smart phones or tablets.
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally in person and over the telephone.
- Able to lift 20lbs numerous times throughout the day.
- Able to lift up to 40lbs.
- Able to remain standing for extended periods of time.
- Able to bend or squat repeatedly over an extended period of time.
- Able to perform task with your hands/fingers throughout the day (hold, grasp, pick, pinch).
Position Pays $20/hr
