Job description
Overview
As a Steampunk Salesforce O&M Administrator / Application Developer , you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and improvement of our Salesforce CRM platform. This includes handling administrative functions, developing Salesforce application enhancemts and fixes, managing user roles and permissions, ensuring data integrity, and implementing custom solutions to meet business needs. You will work closely with other team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Contributions
Development of production enhancements
Respond to findings from continuous monitoring
Develop using Salesforce APEX code
Configure Salesforce as necessary
Develop unit test code.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree + 7 years of total experience
3+ years of experience in developing/supporting Salesforce applications with Service Cloud
Experience with the following Salesforce skills
Salesforce configuration, custom development and flows
Salesforce Service Cloud
Automation (Flows, Workflows)
Administrator skills
Reports and Dashboards
Dataloader
Custom Development
Apex Development
LWC
Cert: Platform Developer 1, Service Cloud
U.S. Citizen
