Job Title : Project Coordinator/Business Analyst

Location: Dayton, OH

Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator/Business Analyst specializing in state contracts. In this multifaceted role, you will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of projects related to state government contracts, from initial scoping and requirements gathering to implementation, monitoring, and reporting.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for orchestrating the various aspects of project execution, including scheduling meetings, coordinating resources, and tracking project milestones to ensure timely and successful delivery. Your keen attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and mitigating risks to ensure project objectives are met within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.

In your capacity as a Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating client needs into actionable project plans and deliverables. Your analytical mindset and ability to identify opportunities for process improvement will be critical in driving efficiency gains and maximizing project outcomes.

Furthermore, you will serve as a primary liaison between our organization and state government clients, cultivating strong relationships, managing expectations, and providing regular updates on project status and performance. Your effective communication skills and customer-focused approach will be instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

About the Role : Among the responsibilities of the role are:

• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Organize meetings to coordinate work and communicate with the team on project updates.
• Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met, as directed by Program Manager or Project Manager
• Develop documentation based on customer/project needs.
• Be the bridge between customer/user and technical teams.
• Ensuring and organizing all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions, if possible or bringing those to Project/Program manager's attention

About You : The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Three years of experience as Business Analyst and/or Project Coordinator
• Experience in using Microsoft Project (or other project management tools)
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines.
• Preferred to have a bachelor's degree in (business, Creative writing, English, Technology) or related field of study.
