Position Overview

Keep our communities fed.

As a Clerk, Franchise Payroll, you will be responsible for the payroll functions of your assigned franchised retail stores. This position maintains the payroll information within PDS Vista and updates store rosters, rates, and other payroll-related data. This position audits and processes payroll weekly and issues the appropriate reports.

• Full Time, On-Site Role

You will contribute by:

• Processing payroll weekly for 20-30 assigned franchised locations
• Organizing and updating payroll records when necessary
• Answering payroll correspondence and phone calls
• Distributing payroll reports
• Completing payroll filing
• Working on projects as assigned by supervisor

We’re searching for candidates with:

• Proficient computer skills, especially in MS Office suite
• Proficiency in using a ten-key calculator
• Exceptional communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently in an efficient and timely manner in a variety of situations
• 0-2 years of relevant experience; prior payroll experience is not necessary

Environment:

• Office : Office Temperature (65F to 75F)
