Job description
Position Overview: The Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical and financial support as it relates to loan pricing, market trends, financial systems, database management, and loan portfolio management. The Financial Analyst should have a keen understanding of the industry and an ability to analyze and interpret data to create reports and presentation materials. This role requires a high-level of attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, SQL, Power BI, Encompass, and Windows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing loan pricing and market trends to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilizing financial systems, databases, and reporting to deliver high-quality reports and presentations to senior staff.
- Managing loan portfolio, loan loss reserves, and maintaining compliance with TULSA requirements.
- Working with senior staff to develop strategies and forecasting models for loan pricing and portfolio management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, SQL, Power BI, Encompass, and Windows.
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with loan pricing, market trends, financial systems, database management, and loan portfolio management.
