Job description
Position Summary: Under direct supervision provides general administrative support to the General Manager or to other managers as needed on a daily basis.
Responsibilities: 1. Ensures Quality system documents are maintained.
2. Maintains calibration records, arranges on-site calibration.
3. Monitor customer supplied products calibration.
4. Maintains suppliers’ survey and its quality manual.
5. Update standard cost for parts in the Manex system on month end.
6. Monitor slow moving inventory and ensure purging activities are completed, as needed.
7. May research and obtain information for inclusion in reports, graphs or charts, as needed.
8. May handle multiple projects.
Education/Skills: 1. High School Diploma
2. Minimum 5 years in electronic contract manufacturing environment.
3. Minimum 3 years in office administration.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Must be able to prioritize work.
6. Ability to work on multiple tasks at any given time.
7. Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
8. Excellent communication skills.
9. Keen ability to organize.
