Crimson Cup Shift Supervisor
Qualifications:
· Minimum of two years customer service experience in the hospitality or retail industry
· Specialty coffee/tea lover with a desire to learn and expand industry knowledge
· Solution oriented individual able to problem solve
· Positive person able to focus on the good - customer centric
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Motivated to achieve sales results
· Reliable transportation, punctual for all shifts and meetings
· Ability to lift 40 pounds
· Ability to multitask
· Sense of urgency when performing tasks and,
· Able to maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment
· Comfortable with wearing a headset for drive-thru
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Provide an excellent customer service experience
· Create specialty coffee beverages to company standards
· Ensure baristas continually create specialty coffee beverages to company standards
· Affinity to stay on top of industry trends and product innovations
· Execute and oversee store opening and closing tasks
· Maintain a clean store environment
· Shares coffee knowledge with customers in a way that encourages an approachable conversation about specialty coffee
· Maintain positive and professional environment, ability to teach and train baristas
· Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner
· Ensure proper cash management
