Support and Intake Coordinator
The Office of Civil Rights and Title IX Education and Compliance (OCR) invites applicants for the position of Support and Intake Coordinator, who serves on the team that is responsible for initial contact and response to concerns reported to OCR and reports to the Director of Support and Intake. This position’s primary responsibilities include case management and the coordination of support and campus resource referrals for MSU community members. This position will serve on the team that is responsible for the incident response function and will be responsible for the following duties:

Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing one to two years of college or Associates degree program in business, psychology, social work, criminal justice or in a related field; three to five years of related working experience in coordinating needs and services, collecting information and maintaining data collection and documentation database; preparing final reports and working with partnering agencies or departments; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
