Trellis Chino is a 59-bed short term skilled nursing facility and is conveniently located just off the 60 freeway and across Chino Valley Medical Center. NOC: 3:00PM - 11:00PM
11:00pm-7:00am (NOC)

LVN Job Duties:
- NEW GRADUATES are welcome, with a passion for working with seniors.
- Must have an ability to communicate well, writing and verbally
- Trainable and able to follow instructions and implement them.
- Able to make independent decisions and apply critical thinking.
- Administer medications
- Patient documentation utilizing electronic based system
- Manage care of clients acute and chronic needs
- Supervise CNAs
Required license or certification
- Licensed Vocational Nurse ( LVN )
