Job description
Oversee and manage office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies Responsibilities: Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary Develop and implement office policies and procedures Handle budgeting and expense tracking for the office Utilize QuickBooks for financial recordkeeping and reporting Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operation Manage schedules, deadlines, and appointments Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance Qualifications: Proven experience as an Office Manager or relevant administrative role Proficient in clerical tasks, office management, and budgeting Familiarity with QuickBooks for financial management Strong vendor management skills Excellent administrative and organizational skills Ability to manage schedules, calendars, and deadlines effectively Experience in team management and supervision of administrative staff Chicago, IL 60638: Relocate before starting work (Required) Benefits: Pay: From $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Paid time off 8 hour shift
