- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of security systems to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with security systems, including wiring, connections, and software
- Provide technical support to clients regarding security system operation and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with clients to assess their security needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in security technology and industry best practices
Required Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read schematics
- Proficiency in using power tools for installation and maintenance tasks
- Strong experience in the following: Intrusion detection systems and equipment, CCTV systems and equipment, IP video systems and equipment, Access control systems and equipment, Network based systems
