Roots Medical in Denver, CO is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to provide accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients on health management and preventive care strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each patient encounter.
Qualifications:
- Valid US Work Authorization
- Medical License (FNP, PA, MD)
- 2+ years of experience as a Healthcare Prescriber
- Proficiency in diagnosing and treating medical conditions
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals and medication management
