Splash Summit Waterpark - Mini Melts Supervisor

Splash Summit Waterpark is a popular attraction located at 1330 E 300 N, Provo, UT. As a Mini Melts Supervisor, you will oversee three kitchens known as Sips and Sides, Splash Soda, and Mini Melts. However, the Mini Melts kitchen will be your specialty. Your responsibilities will include hiring and training Mini Melts attendants, scheduling employees, ensuring the quality and consistency of the food, and supervising a team of 3-6 employees serving ice cream, specialty drinks, and snacks. Additionally, you will help resolve customer concerns, manage inventory, assess employee performances, and offer limited employee correction.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Food Handler’s Permit or willingness to get it
• 2 years experience in the food industry
• 1 Year experience managing other people
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other basic computer programs
• Experience with the programs \When 2 Work\ and \Heartland\ is helpful
