S AIC is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDEVCOM), Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate, Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) Branch.
This position is on-site in Aberdeen, MD.
In support of the Information Analysis Center Multiple Award Contract (IAC MAC) and Task Order (TO), SAIC is seeking multiple qualified and cleared candidates. We are currently assembling our team of experienced professionals who have in-depth experience in providing expertise to support research, development, assessments, adaption, transformation, testing, integration, demonstrations, transition, fielding, sustainment, and enhancement of designated information and/or intelligence software systems.
Job Duties: - Support the warehouse team and logistics team lead by controlling the efficient flow of goods, services and information between points of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements
- May also plan, schedule and manage the efficient movement of material from receiving or the warehouse to production
- Develops raw material requirements, scheduling requirements from engineering specifications, production schedules, and plans and manages material movement with purchasing, warehouse, and production
- Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistic processes. Logistics functions encompass maintenance, supply, transportation and logistics plans
- Inherently included as logistics tasks are program formulation, policy planning, coordination, inspection, integrated logistics processes, joint planning logistics, acquisition and wholesale logistics, product support, asset visibility, material management and supervision
Qualifications
Education Requirements:
- Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience; Masters and four (4) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience four (4) years' experience can be accepted in lieu of degree
Desired Experience:
- Experience and proficiency with Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA)
- Experience and proficiency with Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
- Experience and Proficiency with Failure Mode, Effect, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
Clearance Requirements:
- A Top Secret Clearance is required to begin employment; a TS/SCI Security Clearance is required to maintain employment
