A TYPICAL DAY

You play a vital role in the smooth operation of our property and in ensuring our residents are happy and satisfied. Your job involves scheduling and carrying out preventative maintenance tasks to keep everything in tip-top shape. Whether it's fixing HVAC systems, electrical issues, plumbing problems, or carpentry work, you're the ultimate problem solver. Responding to work orders quickly and professionally is key, and you make sure our residential units are turned around efficiently. When emergencies crop up, your on-call service and emergency maintenance skills come to the rescue.

You also help with purchasing maintenance supplies and keeping our property's finances in order. As a dedicated team member, you participate in important company training programs, covering safety and non-discrimination, all while maintaining unwavering compliance with company standards. Your role is crucial in creating an exceptional living environment for our residents!

QUALIFICATIONS

Here's what we need from you:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year or more of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or a related trade
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Ability to use a computer and the tracking systems used at the property
• Valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance
• Willingness to comply with all safety regulations
• Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis
• Ability to work weekends and non-traditional holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, and crouch as needed
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
