Job description

Merchant Account Specialists are responsible for selling our products and services by canvassing for prospects, and then educating them on what solutions we may have to offer. These are outside sales positions that are based on relationship building and a consultative sales approach.

 

We offer credit card processing to businesses at no cost to the merchant. We sell the latest in POS equipment and we have outstanding customer service. No merchant processing fees means you are selling huge savings.

This position has a $50,000 annual base salary plus benefits, commissions, and bonuses. We also offer PTO and a matching 401k plan. We pay monthly residual commissions which means once you sign up a business for our credit card processing, then you get commissioned every month for that business for as long as they continue using us. Our salespeople make between $80,000 and $150,000 annually in their 1 st year.

We are new to Florida so we are building our team! 

Responsibilities:

• Canvas and qualify new sales leads
• Schedule meetings with merchants
• Track all sales activities in company CRM system
• Find out the prospects pain points and discuss potential solutions that we offer
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
• Meet and/or exceed sales expectations
• Coordinate with our management to take advantage of their product knowledge

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales experience in a position that paid commissions
• B2B and outside sales experience
• Proven track record of success in a sales role
• Interpersonal skills
• Must be self-motivated
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Competent in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Working knowledge of CRM systems
• Clean and presentable
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
