About Us:
We are a team of motivated individuals known as The Mortgage Mentors, dedicated to helping borrowers navigate the mortgage process and make informed decisions. As an affiliate of Vision One Mortgage, a full-service direct lender, our focus is on providing exceptional service. Our experienced Underwriters & Processors take a common-sense approach, resulting in a robust close ratio from submission to funding. With a strong team, we offer quick turnaround times, with some loans closing as fast as 17 days.

Positions Available:
We have three types of independently contracted and commission-based positions:
1. Experian Trigger Leads Call Center Representatives: Reach out to borrowers who have inquired with other lenders to provide quotes and potentially better deals.
2. Self Generation - Organic Business: Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, offering free systems to help sustain client relationships and enhance their online presence.
3. Home IQ: Offer free systems to realtors to help them sustain relationships with past clients, develop landing pages, and provide simple software for effective social media utilization.

Responsibilities:
- Originate residential real estate mortgage loans, coordinating and assisting in the processing and closing of loans.
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, financial planners, individual borrowers, and builders.
- Accurately obtain and compile necessary financial information from loan applicants.
- Educate customers on available loan types and credit options.
- Ensure adherence to legal regulations and company policies.
- Manage a loan pipeline to ensure timely funding.
- Collaborate with various corporate functions to improve the loan servicing process.

Qualifications:
- NMLS state and federal license required.
- Knowledge of conventional and/or government guidelines.
- Familiarity with FHA and HUD guidelines.
- Strong computer skills, including MS applications and laptop technology.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Teamwork and customer service-oriented.

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the mortgage industry.
