Job description

Position: Sr. Programmer

Duration: 1 Year

Location: West Sacramento, CA (Remote Work)

Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Direct development in SQL (Snowflake), Python, Power BI, DBT, Prefect. This includes writing code, testing and building the solution, and ensuring the solution meets requirements.

• Meeting deadlines - completing assigned User Stories within the sprint schedule, in keeping with priorities set by the Product Owner, Solution Architect and Lead Developer.

• Ensuring the quality of the solution. This includes ensuring all submitted code is tested thoroughly. This also includes building the solution in alignment with target architecture as set by the ITDP Architecture Team and the Solution Architect.

• Following agreed upon coding conventions (SQL Fluff, Python Linting, etc.).

Knowledge Transfer : Contractor will provide targeted knowledge transfer to personnel in the Investment Technology Management Unit as it relates to this Letter of Engagement. Knowledge transfer will include, but not be limited to, in person and virtual meetings to ensure staff is well trained on the liquidity dashboard and can operate it and trouble shoot it independently from the consultant.
