Job description
We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management and at least 3 years of estimating experience. You will be responsible for the preparation of cost estimates, bids, and proposals for projects.

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for reading and understanding architectural, engineering, and construction drawings. You will also be required to analyze material and labor cost estimates to ensure accuracy. Furthermore, you will collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to obtain quotations and cost estimates.
We are looking for an experienced Estimator with at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management. Additional skills include estimating, cost analysis, and negotiation.
This position offers an annual salary of between $60,000 - $100,000, depending on experience. In addition, there are commissions, bonuses, and other benefits available to the successful candidate.
