Job description

A renowned medical organization is looking to immediately hire several Full-time/Part-time highly experienced, compassionate Board-Certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioners in Clifton-NJ. The WHNP candidate must have at least 2 years of experience and an active NJ medical license. The organization offers $80-$90 per hour, plus hefty employment packages including paid time off (PTO), medical, malpractice insurance, and CME.

The medical center boasts a dedicated support staff proficient in triaging and phlebotomy, ensuring comprehensive care. The chosen candidate will collaborate with a board-certified OBG/YN MD, readily available around the clock.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive women's, primary, and urgent care healthcare to women, including gynecological care, family planning, prenatal and postpartum care, and menopausal management,
• Conduct assessments, examinations, and screenings to diagnose and treat common women's health conditions such as menstrual disorders, urinary tract infections, STIs, and menopausal symptoms,
• Offer family planning services, including contraceptive counseling and education on various birth control methods,
• Manage prenatal and postpartum care, including monitoring fetal development, high-risk pregnancies, and providing emotional support, and
• Collaborate with healthcare teams, maintain accurate patient records, stay updated on research and guidelines, and adhere to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Board-Certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner,
• Master's or Doctorate in Nursing with a specialization in Women's Health,
• Active NJ Medical license,
• 2 years of experience,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Effective time management skills, and
• High organizational skills.

Schedule

• Weekday plus some weekend

Job Type:

• Full-time.

Pay level:

Benefits:

• $1000- and 3-days CME per year,
• 21 days PTO per year, and
