Position: Service Communications Assistant
Location: Miami, FL
Hours: One location, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Salary: $53,600 - $58,000 per year
Job Description: As a Service Communications Assistant at Swift7 Consultants, you will play a vital role in supporting our service communication strategies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the development and execution of communication plans.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
- Managing communication channels, including email, social media, and other platforms.
- Creating engaging content to enhance our service communication efforts.
- Monitoring and analyzing communication metrics for continuous improvement.
