Family Medicine Care has a full-time ambulatory LPN position available. Family Medicine Care is located at 8890 E. 116th St. in Fishers, IN. There will be a small amount of floating to the following locations required for this role: FMC Washington Pavilion- 7910 E. Washington St. in Indianapolis, FMC Stop 11- 5908 E. Stop 11 Rd. in Indianapolis, and Anderson FMC - 1601 Medical Arts Blvd. in Anderson, IN. This ambulatory LPN will work with controlled-substance patient monitoring program. The Ambulatory LPN works hand- in- hand with the Physician to achieve quality outcomes for the patient. The Ambulatory LPN will assist the provider of a health care site with facilitation of patient visits and procedures, routine laboratory tests, referrals, and quality outcomes for the population of the practice. Helps cover back-office patient care and administrative responsibilities in the event of clinician illness, approved time-off, jury duty, funeral time, times of high census, other growth needs determined/identified by practice management team.
