  As the Production Coordinator , you'll a ssist Senior Director Print Production with various duties such as processing & shipping art packaging files, along with archiving & retrieving.

What you'll do:

• Collect files from Designers and send out for print. Responsible for sending print ready files to print partners.
• Route FINAL art PDF Proofs for approvals.
• Archiving of art files, all art files need to be archived for future reference
• Assist with getting back catalogue items ready for print.
• Oversee the Production Schedule, responsible for updating dates and other information regarding the release.
• Tracking Production Milestones which is marking deliverable dates onto the schedule
• Take meeting notes during Production Meetings that sum up what has been discussed.

What you'll need:

• Experience at a record label and/or understanding of printing.
• Comfortable working with InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
• Should have some art background and an understanding of art development.
• Proactive and reliable.
• Attention to detail, concise communication
• Have a basic understanding on how to upload and retrieve files.

*This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days minimum on-site.
