Job description

In this rewarding role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing compassionate and efficient customer service. You will play a vital role in assisting patients with navigating the billing process and resolving any outstanding balances.

What you'll do:

Actively listen to patients and understand their concerns.
Assist patients in resolving their medical bills.
Navigate the billing process effectively.
Communicate professionally and clearly with patients and colleagues.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude even in challenging situations.
You're a great fit if you have:

A high school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience.
Understanding of healthcare billing and finance is a plus.
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to learn new software quickly.
A genuine desire to help patients and make a positive difference.
