While you are aligned to a specific team throughout the internship, you will get exposure to most of our departments and strategic initiatives via ourHealthEdge101 weekly series. In addition, we providespecial eventssuch as our Executive Roundtable and a Fireside Chat with our CEO . Butthat’snot all! You will alsohave the opportunity toparticipatein workshops focused on resume writing,presentations,interview preparation, and more.
We are currentlyhiring a Customer Ops Intern tosupport our Payer product.HealthRulesPayer has been ranked number one in its class among core administration platform solutions. Besides delivering 90%-97%first-passauto-adjudication rates and 99%+ accuracy, it enables our customers to react swiftly to the latest regulatory shifts and competitive pressures. As a Customer Ops Intern, you’ll have the ability to:
+ Build and Deploy Customer Operations Helix Page(ourinternal intranet)
+ Support building new data analytics capabilities working with Business Intelligence Teams
+ Automateprojectmanagement processes and developdashboardsin Smartsheet
+ Create and support new andimproved reporting for SIUs (Upgrade Scheduling, Project data Metrics etc.)
+ Support Project Coordination for internal initiatives
We ask that you are :
+ Currently pursuing adegree inData & Analytics, Business Analytics,Math, Statistics,or relatedmajor
+ Experiencedwith analytical and data visualization tools (PowerBIand Tableau)
+ Extremely knowledgeable on Excel (advanced to expert)
+ Experienced with coding
+ Resourceful
+ Independent
+ Collaborative
+ Innovative
+ Motivated
Extras! But not required (if applicable) :
+ Experience with SQL
