Key Responsibilities:
Translate client requirements and long-term objectives into comprehensive Salesforce solutions.
Lead initiatives to enhance the technological infrastructure of the Veterans Administration (VA), including cloud migration and system modernization.
Mentor and guide aspiring developers, shaping them into future leaders in the field of solutions architecture.

Qualifications:
4+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
2+ years of Salesforce Architect experience.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex solution designs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to conduct code reviews and uphold development best practices.
Capability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances as per client requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in supporting the Federal Government, particularly in the healthcare IT sector.
Proven track record of client-facing engagements.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git and Salesforce DevOps processes.
Knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud and SAFe practices.
Relevant Salesforce certifications and a Bachelor's degree are desirable.

Compensation:
Salary range: $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD), commensurate with experience and qualifications.
