Job description

Farmers Insurance is looking for a talented individual to join our top ranked team! You will work with a Mentor Agent and have access to resources that can help you establish skillsets for future excellence, while learning the business and benefiting from a nationally recognized brand.

Salary: $38,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Prospecting and generating new business through provided leads & referral sources.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.

Requirements

• Active General Lines Property and Casualty Texas License
• Obtain General Lines Life, Accident & Health TX license within 60 days of hire
• Insurance sales and customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal oriented
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Desire to continually learn new products and services
